Know before you go

• Sharing and private transfers pick up from 11 AM to 11:45 AM, with drop-off from 05:30PM to 06:00PM.
• Free shared transfers are available from centrally located Dubai hotels: Garhoud, Deira, Bur Dubai, Satwa, Downtown, & along Sheikh Zayed Road up to Mall of the Emirates. Guests outside these zones can join free transfer at designated pickup points: GGICO Metro Stn for those in Dubai Festival City, Mall of the Emirates for guests in Al Barsha Heights, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, and JVC, and Waterfront Market for those in Dubai Islands.
• Guests will receive pickup information and driver details 1 day before activity via WhatsApp.
• Kids below 3yrs or 1.05m in height can enter for free, while under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
• Haunted Hotel is accessible to guests aged 15+
• If the park is closed partially or entirely due to bad weather or technical issues, no refunds will be issued, but an alternate solution will be offered.
